ENTER THE FASCINATING WORLD
OF BELGIAN BEER
If everyone is certain to know that Belgium is unequalled
for beer brewing, it is first and foremost by the number of
its different kinds of beer that one can tell our small country.
For a number of years now, beer connoisseurs have been prizing
the quality of our beer more and more, and switching from
common "pils" beer to "special" beers. So as to help you make
a choice, our menu, which already comprises 150 beer kinds,
is divided in sections - each of them dealing with a particular
kind of beer.

This gives you an idea of the amazing variety of the Belgian
beer culture, and it allows you to constantly discover or
re-discover new flavours again. The Waterhuis aan de Bierkant
aims above all at the tradition and authenticity of Trappist
beers, the unique flavours of Gueuze, Kriek and other fruity
beers as well as the variety of local beers. With abbey and
season beers, white and "old brown" beers, the Duivel and
its family, the strong beers and no less than 14 brands served
on draught as well as a selection of 75 cl bottles, our ambition
is to give you a nice overview of the wide variety of Belgian
beers. Furthermore, you can also discover our beer of the
month, which is always served for a nice price!
